What are the store hours?

9 AM to 10 PM every day, including Sunday and holidays. Same-day delivery cutoff is 8 PM. We do not close for major holidays.

Is there parking?

Yes. Free street parking on Vandeventer Ave directly in front of the store, plus a small customer lot on the property. Weekends and late evenings can fill up — street parking on adjacent blocks is always available.

Is the store ADA accessible?

Yes. Ground-floor entry with no steps, ADA-compliant restroom, wide aisles, seating available for patients who need it. Service animals welcome.

How is the shopping experience?

You check in at the door with ID, wait briefly in the lobby if there's a line (usually under 5 minutes), and a budtender walks you to the sales floor. One-on-one consultation. You browse the shelf, ask questions, smell flower in person, and check out at a single station.

Do you have a sitting area or lounge?

We have a comfortable lobby where you can wait to be seen. Consumption is not permitted on the premises — Missouri law prohibits on-site cannabis consumption at dispensaries. Consume at home or a private location.

How long should I plan to be in the store?

First visit: plan 30 to 45 minutes including ID check, consultation, and checkout. Return visits: 10 to 20 minutes. Delivery pickup at curbside: 5 to 10 minutes total.

Yes to both. Eighths start around $25 for value flower and reach $55+ for premium exotics. Pre-rolls from $8 to $30+. Edibles $20 to $35. Vape carts $30 to $75. Full range at every price point.

Are products lab-tested?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product on a Missouri dispensary shelf is state-mandated lab-tested — cannabinoid potency, terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, residual solvents. COAs (Certificates of Analysis) are available on request for every product.

Can I reserve products online?

Yes. Reserve for curbside pickup or choose delivery at checkout on the Dutchie menu. Curbside orders are typically ready in 15 to 30 minutes. Delivery typically runs 1 to 3 hours.

Yes. The Luxe Elite Club is our loyalty program — every purchase earns points that convert to in-store credit. Free to join, $0 to enroll, and points accrue automatically on every transaction when you're signed in to Dutchie.

What deals are currently running?

Daily deals rotate — check the /deals page or the Dutchie menu for today's specials. Common rotations include First Time Customer discounts, Happy Hour, Veteran Discounts, and medical patient discounts. Medical patients always pay lower tax and often get additional percentage-off deals.

Is there a veteran discount?

Yes. Veterans and active military receive 10% off every purchase with valid ID (DD-214 or military/VA ID). Applies to all products. Stackable with some daily deals but not with doorbusters or markdown items.

Do you price-match?

Not systematically. Our pricing targets premium value — we won't be the cheapest shop in town because we curate heavily. If you find a significantly lower price on the same exact SKU elsewhere, ask a budtender — case-by-case consideration.
