When you visit luxuryleafstl.com we collect your IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, the pages you view, and referring URL. When you use the age gate we set a single browser cookie that records you confirmed 21+. When you place a Dutchie order we collect your delivery address, phone, and ID verification (handled by Dutchie under their terms). When you contact us by email we keep the message contents.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, medical history, or financial account credentials on this website. Cannabis purchase records are tracked under Missouri Department of Cannabis Regulation rules in the Metrc seed-to-sale system, separate from this site. We do not sell your personal data, ever.

Server logs + analytics — to detect abuse, fix bugs, and improve the site. We use Vercel Analytics (privacy-respecting, no cookies) for traffic measurement.

Dutchie (our menu and order processor) sees your order details under their privacy policy. Vercel (our hosting provider) sees server logs. Cloudflare (our CDN and DDoS protection) sees traffic logs. Missouri DCR sees what Metrc legally requires. Law enforcement only with a valid subpoena. We do not share with marketing networks, advertising data brokers, or any third party not listed above.

We set one cookie: an age verification confirmation that lasts 24 hours. We do not use marketing cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time — the site will simply ask you to confirm age again on next visit.

You can email us at [email protected] to request a copy of any data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or correct inaccuracies. We will respond within 30 days. If you placed a Dutchie order, separate request goes to Dutchie under their privacy policy.

This is a 21+ site. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has used this site, email [email protected] and we will delete any associated records immediately.
