Why 4/20 actually matters

April 20 became cannabis shorthand in the 1970s through a group of California high school students, the Waldos, who met at 4:20 PM to smoke. The code spread through the Grateful Dead community, then into High Times magazine in the 1990s, and became the global cannabis holiday by 2000. Today it is the day cultivators launch new strains, brands time limited releases, and dispensaries put their sharpest annual pricing on the shelf.

We are open our normal hours, Monday through Saturday 7 AM to 10 PM and Sunday 8 AM to 7 PM. Same-day delivery runs 9 AM to 7 PM, flat $10, waived on orders over $75. Limited releases from Missouri cultivators tend to land in the morning and move fast. If you want a specific product, reserve it on the Dutchie menu for in-store pickup, or place a delivery order early in the same-day window.

How to plan ahead

Set up your Dutchie account the week before so your ID is already verified, since the first-time walkthrough takes longer than a return visit. Bring a valid government-issued ID showing you are 21 or over. Scout the menu the night before so you walk in knowing your targets. If a busy sales floor is not your thing, delivery inside the 9 AM to 7 PM window is the calmer route.
