Pay your people, keep your word.
We opened Luxury Leaf the same day Missouri opened adult-use. The floor team we hired in those first weeks is mostly the floor team you meet today. Retention is not a mystery. Pay bands are posted, raises are scheduled, and tips go to the staff who earned them.
The rest is culture. We take first-timer conversations seriously. We train on every new drop. We pick the menu we would give a friend. If that is the work you are looking for, we want to hear from you.

Run delivery routes to our approved ZIP codes out of The Grove. Verify ID at the door, track inventory in the app, keep the cooler clean.

Own Metrc reconciliation, vendor check-ins, weekly counts, and shelf rotation cadence. Partner with buyers on new cultivator drops. The role behind every clean shelf.

Set the tone on the floor during opening, mid, or closing shifts. Mentor new budtenders, coach escalations, run end-of-shift reconciliation. The shift runs on your call.

Do you hire people new to cannabis retail?
Yes. Some of our strongest budtenders came from restaurants, specialty retail, and hospitality, any background where conversation and care are the product.
We train on Missouri law, Metrc workflow, and every new product drop. Cannabis experience is a plus, not a requirement.

What are the hours like for a delivery driver?
Delivery runs 9 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, out of the storefront in The Grove. Schedules are set in advance rather than picked up shift by shift.
We built the delivery operation around crew stability. Exact employment terms and classification are confirmed in writing at the offer stage.

How is pay handled on the floor?
Pay bands are posted internally and raises are scheduled rather than negotiated, so you know the ladder before you take the job. Tips go to the staff who earned them.
