Hiring continuouslyLuxury Leaf is hiring budtenders, W-2 delivery drivers, inventory leads, and shift captains. Living wages, tips to staff, full-time benefits, and the kind of floor discipline that makes the work feel like something you are proud of.

The shelf · curated weekly
Why the floor stays
We opened Luxury Leaf the same day Missouri opened adult-use. The floor team we hired in those first weeks is mostly the floor team you meet today. Retention is not a mystery. We pay above the St. Louis cannabis-retail average, tips go to staff, and drivers are W-2 employees with payroll protections.
The rest is culture. We take first-timer conversations seriously. We train on every new drop. We pick the menu we would give a friend. If that is the work you are looking for, we want to hear from you.
What we promise the team
