Do I need a medical card to shop?

No. Recreational cannabis is legal in Missouri for adults 21 and older. Bring a valid government-issued ID. Missouri voted yes on Amendment 3 in November 2022. Recreational sales opened in February 2023. Medical patients get a tax break and higher purchase limits.

How much cannabis can I buy in one transaction?

Adults 21+ can purchase up to 3 ounces of flower or equivalent per transaction. Medical patients can buy up to 6 ounces per 30 days. Equivalents are set by Missouri DHSS: 1 oz flower = 8 g concentrate = 800 mg edible. We track purchases through Metrc seed-to-sale.
