Luxury Leaf operates under a Missouri Comprehensive Cannabis Dispensary license issued by the Missouri Department of Cannabis Regulation (DCR). Missouri rules require every product on a dispensary shelf to come from a Missouri-licensed cultivator or manufacturer, to be lab tested by a licensed testing facility, and to be tracked in the state-mandated Metrc system from seed to sale. That is the chain of custody every item here moves through.

The Missouri Department of Cannabis Regulation publishes its list of licensed facilities at cannabis.mo.gov, which is the authoritative place to confirm a dispensary's standing. We do not print our license number on this page. For it, email info@luxuryleafstl.com or ask at the counter and we will give it to you directly.

Marijuana is for use by adults 21 and older. Keep out of reach of children. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing the customer is 21 or older is required for every transaction.

Our policy is to check ID at the dispensary entrance, again at the point of sale, and again at the door on every delivery. The ID on the order must match the person signing. No drop-offs, no porch leaves, no second-party pickups.

Our boutique at 1463 S Vandeventer Ave has a wheelchair accessible entrance, and service animals are welcome. If you need a specific accommodation, call (314) 887-6761 in advance and our team will prepare for your visit rather than improvise on arrival.

We build and test this website against WCAG 2.2 AA. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, not a certification, and the site has not been independently audited against it. Luxury Leaf collects the data necessary to fulfill your order, verify your eligibility, and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal information for money. This website runs Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode v2 denied by default, so no analytics or advertising cookies are written until you press Accept on the privacy banner. The menu at luxuryleafstl.com/stores/luxury-leaf is operated by Dutchie and loads Dutchie's own vendor scripts, which our banner does not control. The privacy policy sets all of this out in full.

Cannabis purchase records are protected. We will never confirm whether a specific individual is a Luxury Leaf customer, except as required by lawful subpoena. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email info@luxuryleafstl.com from the address on your account.
