Two dispensaries, three tenths of a mile apart

Both licences are public, and you can check them yourself

Every dispensary operating legally in this state appears in the Division of Cannabis Regulation's register, and both of these stores are in it. The Grove store at 4108 Manchester carries DIS000195. We carry DIS000060. You can look up either number, or any other store you are considering, on the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services licensed facilities page.

That register is also the reason we can be precise about distance. It publishes coordinates for every licensed store, and the gap between 4108 Manchester Ave and 1463 S Vandeventer Ave works out to three tenths of a mile. For most of Forest Park Southeast, both stores are a short trip.

The hours are the real difference

This is the part worth reading before you drive over.

We open an hour earlier six days a week, which matters if you are stopping before a shift. They stay open two hours later than we do on Sundays. If it is Sunday evening and you are cutting it close, they are the safer bet, and we'd rather tell you that than have you drive to a locked door.

What each store carries

Our neighbour lists ten categories on its own location page: cartridges, flower, edibles, extracts, beverages, pills, pre-rolls, topicals, tinctures, and a deals section. We carry flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates, topicals, CBD and accessories, from 119 Missouri cultivators and manufacturers.

The overlap is most of it, honestly. Both stores stock the same local cultivation scene, because that is what the state allows to be sold here. Where stores actually differ is which growers they buy deep on and what landed this week, and no comparison page can tell you that. The live menu is the only honest answer, and it changes daily.

How our delivery actually works

We run delivery ourselves, seven days a week from 9 AM to 7 PM, at a flat $10 that we waive on orders over $75. Same-day drop-offs typically land in 60 to 90 minutes, and availability is confirmed when you check out. Their terms are theirs to publish, not ours to summarise. They can change them without telling us, and a competitor is the worst possible source for another store's service promises. Check their site.

Picking between them

Go up the street if it is Sunday night, or if you are already on that end of Manchester Avenue and the trip matters more than the shelf.

Come to us if you want an early start, if our delivery window and flat fee suit the way you order, or if it matters to you that Luxury Leaf is Missouri's first Black and woman owned cannabis boutique. That last one is not a product feature. Some people care, and they should be able to find out without asking.

Swade is the closest licensed store to us, and one of nineteen inside a six mile radius. Either way, bring a valid ID showing you are 21 or over. Both stores are required to check it, every time, with no exceptions.
